6th, 7th & 8th grades will be voting during lunch today for class representatives for Student Council. Those elected will be representing your grade level and working closely with the officers to help support Trent MS.

This year's theme is 'Let Your Imagination Fly'. The program deadline is Oct 23rd and all participants must be a PTA member. The PTA member can be a parent and the membership fee is $10. For additional information, look for the Reflections program information posted on bulletin boards, Trent website, FaceBook, or speak with Ms. Paulette. Flyers will also be available in the Front Office. 7th Grade Volleyball BROUGHT IT to the court last night against Stafford. We are so proud of our Wolfpack, and the way they played every game! Congrats to our 8th grade Volleyball Red team on their first victory of the season against Stafford last night. Great serving by Isabel Martinez and Addison Shielly. Their hard work and effort led to victorious results! All 7th & 8th Graders will vote for Student Council Officers today during your lunch period. You will be voting on an iPad when called over. You will vote for one candidate per position. Thank you for electing your officers!!

Then listen up because we need you! It’s pep rally time and we are looking for emcees to host this year's pep rallies! Pick up an application and audition script from Coach Baughman’s room (B111) by WEDNESDAY, September 30th at 3:40pm. Auditions will be held in the large gym on Friday, October 2nd at 3:50 pm. Trent Middle School is hosting a Food Drive to benefit Frisco Family Services. Please bring non-perishable, unexpired items to donate! The grade level that donates the most will win popsicles for a week at lunch and will get to throw a Pie in the face of two teachers :) at a Pep Rally! In last night's volleyball game against Cobb Middle School, our 7th Grade wolfpack brought their spirit to the gym. Be sure and fill the stands next Thursday, October 1, when we play against Stafford here at home. Your 8th grade volleyball team battled in their tough game against Cobb last night. They continue to improve every day and know that their great efforts will lead to great results. Lost and Found buckets are already filling up. If you have lost a lunch box or water bottle, please be sure to look thru those buckets in the cafeteria.
See You at the Pole is a prayer rally where students meet at the school flagpole to lift up friends, families, teachers, school, and nation to God. This year it will be on Wednesday, September 23rd beginning at 7:40 am. Fellowship of Christian Athletes will have our first huddle meeting in the small gym on Tuesday, September 22nd at 7:45 am. Anyone and everyone is welcome to join us for fun games and good fellowship! College Week is next week!!!! Join Trent Middle School in celebration of higher education and school spirit!!! Each day will have a new dress up theme. Monday-On the "hunt" for a college...wear camouflage. Tuesday-Your future is "bright" when you go to college...wear neon. Wednesday-"Sport" your favorite...wear your favorite college shirt/jersey and hat. Thursday-Go "crazy" over college...wear your crazy socks.
